The borrowing companies must have at least 3 years of audited financials, a market footprint, and track record to be considered for capital formation.

Although AFA is mostly credit-focused, we can arrange equity financing as a share of a larger debt financing package.

Our origination of capital is derived from private sources such as family offices, hedge funds, high net worth individuals, and specialized credit funds.

In addition to asset based financing AFA arranges transactional financing relating to exports and imports of non-perishable goods for US and offshore based companies.

We are industry agnostic; however, we don’t consider startups.
